Shopping at Specialty Building Solutions, Inc.:

When you purchase products, you can do so anonymously when you pay with cash or you can make a credit card purchase online through our secure online shopping cart. If you use a credit or debit card for any of your purchases, we will collect your credit or debit card information and keep a history of your purchases. We use this information to process your orders, to ensure proper delivery, to better assist you when you visit or call us as well as to improve our product and service offerings.

When you return previously purchased merchandise or request a refund or exchange, you may be asked to give your name, address, phone number and show information that identifies you, such as your driver's license. We collect this information to help prevent fraud.

Spray Equipment Purchases: When you purchase spray equipment you will be asked for information such as your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. You may also be asked for your credit or debit card details along with a shipping or installation address. This information will help ensure the proper delivery of the equipment you order from Specialty Building Solutions, Inc. and our Service Providers and to better assist you when you call us.

Call Center: When you call our Call Center about a product, delivery, an installation, a billing question or for customer service, you may be asked for information that identifies you along with additional information we need to help us promptly answer your question, such as your name and address and a phone number where we might contact you. We may retain this information to assist you in the future.

Online Registration: Registration is an optional service provided by our website. You do not have to register to browse or shop online. When you register, you are asked for personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, a password that you select, and optionally, your interests. Your registration information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information. When you register you may have the opportunity to sign up for future marketing information from Specialty Building Solutions, Inc.

If your purchases are being shipped to you, we will share your shipping information on a confidential basis with our delivery service providers (U.S. Postal Service, Canada Post, or other delivery companies we or you select). Returns & Replacements

 

Shipping costs will not be paid by Specialty Building Solutions, Inc. returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret. If you wish to return for one of these reasons and received your package via UPS or FedEx, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the return form located on the bottom of the original packing slip included in your order.
2. Detach the form and place it into the box you are returning.
3. Pack the item.
4. Ship the package. You may use the included pre-paid label and have the shipping amount charged to your credit card OR ship the item(s) yourself using the "Return On Your Own" address located on the bottom of label.

Note: Federal law prohibits items that use flammable liquids or gas from being returned through the mail.
If you would like to return the product for any other reason or you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-878-5820 so that we can take care of the issue.

Most merchandise must be returned within 90 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Live goods and items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to specilatybuildingsolutions.com if used. Please see list of details and exceptions below.

All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call Specialty Building Solutions, Inc. Customer Care Center at 1-888-878-5820 to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.

A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.

A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Credit will be issued on the credit card that was used to purchase products.

Ordering

You can create a new customer account or log in to your existing Specialty Building Solutions, Inc. account.  To create a new account, all you need is a working email address.  Then select a password.  If you are already a customer proceed to log in with your existing email address and password.

Once you register to use the Specialty Building Solutions, Inc. website, you can manage your “Account Dashboard” which will enable you to edit your billing and shipping address.  You can add multiple shipping addresses.  Specialty Building Solutions, Inc. users can also view their sales history under “My Orders”.

Specialty Building Solutions, Inc. registered users can review products under the “My Product Reviews” tab in the My Account section of the website.  You can also download products for repeat purchase by clicking on the “My Downloadable Products” tab in the My Account section of the website.

Any products you purchase will be added to “My Cart”.  Once you select “Checkout”,  you will have an opportunity to review all of the orders in your shopping cart.  You can remove or add products as needed before you checkout to pay for your purchases.

The following five steps must be followed in order to complete your purchase order:

1. Billing Information – this address should be the same exact address as the billing address for your credit or debit card.

2. Shipping Information - you can use your current address or select a different shipping address.
