2. Services

The exact services included in your booking will depend on the package, quote, invoice, or written agreement confirmed before the shoot.

Services may include:

  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Short-form social media videos
  • Event coverage
  • Business and brand content
  • Portraits and headshots
  • Product content
  • Sports content
  • Wedding coverage
  • Editing and post-production
  • Online gallery or digital file delivery
  • Custom packages and monthly retainers

Package details, turnaround times, deliverables, and prices may vary depending on the project.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary depending on the shoot type, location, duration, complexity, editing requirements, travel, number of deliverables, usage requirements, and any custom requests.

A booking is not confirmed until SBSProduction has accepted the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.

4. Deposits and payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking date and time. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deposits are non-refundable because they reserve time in the schedule and may prevent other bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date. Final edited content may be withheld until full payment has been received.

Late payments may delay delivery.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact SBSProduction as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a client cancels close to the shoot date, fails to attend, or does not provide necessary access, information, products, people, or locations, payments already made may not be refundable.

If SBSProduction needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control, we will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative date.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Arriving on time
  • Securing access to venues, locations, products, staff, guests, athletes, performers, or subjects
  • Getting any required permissions from venues, landowners, event organisers, parents, guardians, models, staff, or participants
  • Obtaining any required model releases, talent releases, consent forms, or commercial permissions unless agreed otherwise in writing
  • Making sure the shoot location is safe and suitable
  • Providing clear creative direction, references, deadlines, and requirements before the shoot
  • Downloading and backing up delivered files

For events, the client is responsible for making guests aware that photography or filming may take place.

7. Creative style and editing

By booking SBSProduction, you acknowledge that photography, videography, editing, colour grading, framing, music choice, pacing, and final creative decisions involve artistic judgement.

We will follow the agreed brief where possible, but exact results cannot be guaranteed. Unedited RAW files, project files, or working files are not included unless agreed in writing.

Each booking includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Minor revisions include small adjustments such as simple trimming, basic text changes, minor colour tweaks, or small sequencing changes.

Major changes, new creative direction, additional edits, re-edits, extra formats, or changes outside the original brief may be charged separately.

8. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the package and project. Delivery windows may include 3–5 days, 5–7 days, 7–10 days, or 10–14 days depending on the service selected.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, unless agreed in writing. Delivery may be delayed by late payment, missing information, client feedback delays, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

9. File delivery and storage

Final files are usually delivered digitally through an online gallery, download link, cloud folder, or another agreed method.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their final files. SBSProduction may keep copies for a reasonable period, but long-term storage is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

10. Copyright and usage rights

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, SBSProduction owns the copyright in all photos, videos, edits, and creative work produced.

After full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final delivered content for the agreed personal, business, social media, website, marketing, or promotional purposes.

The client may not sell, license, heavily alter, claim authorship of, or transfer the content to third parties without written permission.

Commercial usage, paid advertising, broadcast, resale, agency use, or extended licensing may require a separate agreement.

11. Portfolio and promotional use

Unless privacy or confidentiality has been agreed in writing, SBSProduction may use selected final content for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, showreel, and promotional purposes.

For private events, sensitive projects, minors, confidential business work, or unreleased products, please discuss restrictions before the shoot.

12. Music, branding, and third-party materials

Where videos include music, logos, fonts, stock footage, graphics, or third-party materials, usage may be subject to third-party licence terms.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any materials they provide to SBSProduction, including logos, music, images, graphics, scripts, products, uniforms, artwork, trademarks, or brand assets.

13. Revisions

Each booking includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revision requests must be sent within a reasonable time after delivery. Major changes, new creative direction, additional editing, extra exports, different formats, or changes outside the original brief may be charged separately.

14. Refunds

Refunds are not normally available once a shoot has taken place, editing has started, files have been delivered, or time has been reserved.

If there is a genuine issue with the delivered service, please contact SBSProduction so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable solution.

15. Travel, parking, and extra costs

Additional costs may apply for travel, parking, venue fees, accommodation, props, studio hire, assistants, special equipment, rush delivery, or extended shoot time.

Any extra costs will be discussed where possible before being charged.

16. Safety and conduct

SBSProduction may refuse, pause, or stop work if a location, event, or situation is unsafe, illegal, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsuitable.

The client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment.

17. Limitation of liability

SBSProduction will take reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, reputational damage, emotional distress, or losses caused by circumstances outside our control.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service, unless the law says otherwise.

18. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy its content without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Website content, including text, images, videos, branding, and design, belongs to SBSProduction or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

19. Changes to services and terms

SBSProduction may update prices, packages, services, website content, and these terms at any time. The terms in place at the time of booking will usually apply to that booking unless otherwise agreed.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the courts of England and Wales.
